Physna’s Geometry-Driven AI Can Transform DoD Sustainment
In August 2025, Physna submitted an evidence-based white paper to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) demonstrating how geometry-first analytics can reshape procurement, operations and maintenance (O&M), and sustainment across the U.S. Department of Defense.
Grounded in Government Accountability Office (GAO) and DoD Inspector General (DoD IG) findings from 2021–2025, the analysis projects a conservative path to more than $50 billion in annual savings and cost avoidance.
The paper outlines:
- A low-risk FY2026 pilot program
- A clear scalable adoption strategy
- Alignment with existing DoD policy and audit frameworks
Together, these elements position Physna to deliver enduring improvements in efficiency, resilience, and readiness across the defense enterprise.
